Salon Booking Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a booking at our salon.

By making a booking, you accept these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.

Booking Process

 To secure your appointment, we require a £10/£15 non-refundable, non-transferable booking fee to be paid. 
 The balance is to be paid at the end of your appointment. 

Cancellation and Rescheduling

 If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must give us at least 48 hours’ notice
 Failure to give 48 hours’ notice to reschedule, cancel  or failure to show up for your appointment will result in loss of your booking fee. We can only reschedule each appointment ONCE.

Infills & sets

We do not offer removals  for nails or lashes not applied at spoilt unless accompanied by a new set or treatment
 (Nails) if a set is more than 3 weeks old it does not qualify for a infill,  Please book a rebalance or removal and new set instead. 

Please inform us at the time of booking if nail design is required, 

Pricing and Payment

 All prices are quoted in the currency of the country where our salon is located and are subject to change without notice.
 Payment is due at the time of service.

We accept cash and most major credit and debit cards. Personal checks are not accepted.

Service Guarantee

We strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know immediately and we will do our best to make it right.
 We cannot be held responsible for any damage to your personal belongings while in our salon.

Health and Safety

 For your safety and ours, please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries you may have before your appointment.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who we believe may be at risk of harm due to a medical condition or injury.
. We follow strict hygiene and safety protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers and staff.

We collect and store personal information, including name, phone number, email address, and credit or debit card information, for the purpose of making, and managing appointments as well as sending promotional information and store updates.
.We will never share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law.

 We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version of these terms and conditions will be available on our website.
